Members are encouraged to honor and recognize their colleagues by nominating those qualified for one of the GAHPERD awards.
Please take a few minutes to nominate an individual(s) for a GAHPERD award. Simply download and complete the 2011 Award Nomination Form.
Please remember to include the nominee’s email address on the nomination form.

Please note, If there is no qualified candidate for the award in a given year, the GAHPERD awards committee may chose to make no award.
State/District/National Award Forms and Links
Some of the National Awards’ applications listed below may now be completed online. The links to NASPE Elementary, Middle and Secondary Awards and Adapted Teacher of the Year Award take you to the AAHPERD website where interactive applications appear. Download the application form to your computer for completion and/or future editing. Then, submit a hard copy of the application by July 29, 2011 to be eligible for consideration.
