Eventually we will all be able to renew our membership online and  you will be given a reminder email prior to your membership expiring. In the mean time, please renew your membership using the mail-in form below.
 
To renew your membership, please download the  Membership Form, fill it out clearly, and send it to the GAHPERD Executive Director, Dr. Jacque Harbison. The GAHPERD address is 731 Oak Mountain Rd, NW, Kennesaw, GA  30152. Please include all requested information.
