By submitting this form, you agree that the representatives of your organization agree to abide by and adhere to all policies set forth in the Guidelines and Regulations for Exhibitors. Any policy not covered by the Guidelines and Regulations for Exhibitors will be referred to the convention hotel. The contact person and all representatives understand that it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to carry appropriate insurance to cover loss or damage to their exhibit or products. This incentive is to give our attendees a reason to come by and VISIT with you. All convention attendees will be given a Passport with your name and logo on it. As they come and visit with you, please sign or place a sticker that is provided on your logo. When they complete the passport they will place it into a box for a drawing to be held during the last program of the convention. The attendee must be present at this last program to win. For a donation of $50 (one year) or $75 (two year) for prizes, please check Exhibit Passport option above to assure that your name gets on the passport and insure that you get a lot of foot traffic at your booth. Furthermore they are asked to truly visit your booth for at least 3 minutes so have a plan for what you are going to do in those 3 minutes before you give them a sticker or sign their passport.
