Registration fees are reduced for members who pre-register for the 2008 GAHPERD Convention. If you work or teach in Georgia, you must be a member to attend the convention. Please complete this pre-registration form and submit it for payment. You will be connected to GAHPERD’s secure PayPal site for payment. Two (2) PLU/SDU’s are available for attendees. Housing information is also available on this website. You may renew membership online or when you arrive at convention. This form and payment must be submitted on or before October 1, 2008.
